New Air Data Products from USA
Prodynamics GmbH, the exclusive German representative of the American manufacturer SpaceAge Control and Firstmark Controls, is present at the Frankfurt fair AIRTEC in hall 11 C372 and will show there new and current products like a Subminiature Air Data Boom, an Air Data Probe and a range of Miniature Position Transducers.
Referring to the fair's main topic UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) SpaceAge Control has the 101100 Subminiature Air Data Boom for UAVs on display. Flight test engineers, avionics designers and technicians can now more accurately monitor airspeed, altitude, angle of attack, and angle of sideslip on small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This air data boom and customized derivatives provide air data sensors that meet the small size and mass requirements of today`s small UAVs. Mounting features ideal for small UAVs, very light aircraft, scale model aircraft, and lighter-than-air vehicles. The features of the 101100 Subminiature Air Data boom are Pitot (total) and static pressure ports, angle of attack and angle of sideslip sensors with voltage divider outputs, length 18.50-inch (469.9-mm), mass 0.60-pound (272 g), operating temperature range -65° to +125° C (-85° to +257° F). The 101100 boom is the latest in a series of small air data products now available from SpaceAge Control.
